My husband and I just returned from his appointment with Dr. Lopez. It has been years since either of us have been to the dentist. My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 38 and for the past 22 years, that has been the overwhelming part of lives. I have watched as his dental health began to get worse and he began to lose teeth. My own dental fear and also fear of the potential cost kept us away. Finally, I knew we needed to do something. I know this is a long story to get to my review, but I want to make clear how important this appointment was to us both. From the moment we arrived I felt comfortable. When we first went back for x-ray's I spoke to them about his Parkinson's and other aspects of his treatment. They reassured me that they would take great care during the x-ray process. When he came back in the room Dr. Lopez came right in and began the process of explaining all they had found looking at his x-rays. Because we had waited so many years to be seen there was a lot of concerning things that needed to be addressed. Dr. Lopez took so much time and care with us and especially my husband who has trouble at times speaking very loud or clear. He made compassionate eye contact with me and my husband and had a way of making us feel that we were going to get the care we hoped for. Each part of the process was explained clearly. To say that I felt a weight begin to lift off my shoulders is an understatement. Dr. Lopez left us in good hands with his Operations Manager Klaudia. Of course, the other part being fearful about finding out what work my husband would need done was knowing what the cost would be. Klaudia was so kind and explained that she would be able to put together a packet with cost information for us once she was able to get the information for the extraction part of the treatment from the oral surgeon and we could pick that up at his next appointment. The thought of knowing how important this treatment is and having to wait to get the cost for all that needs to be done was difficult, but Klaudia wanted to be sure to have an accurate amount. We were home for about an hour when Klaudia called me to give me the cost information. She worked with our insurance and the figures she gave me were way less than what I had swimming in my head. We are so excited to move forward and get this treatment started. I can't wait to see him smile again. Livermore Smiles exceeded any expectations I had. Kindness, understanding and really listening to us made us feel really special. Thank you, Dr. Lopez for fist bumping Donnie. I felt like you made him feel great with just that personal touch. Thank you Klaudia for caring so much that you called me to take away my worry. I know this is really long, but I didn't feel like I could say what I needed to in a short review. Thank you to all the staff for your great service. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist who will give you wonderful care, that you call Livermore Smiles Dentistry.

Dr Lopez and his assistant Maddie are the best in the business. I have been going to him since they opened. And we have always been treated like family. But most important he always recommends the best treatment suited for your dental needs…Maddie compliments Dr Lopez she knows the next steps in your treatment so knowledgable! Our family is grateful

I got my Root Canal done by Dr. Agrawal and her assistants Daylisha, Florence and they did amazing. I had a root canal done before in a different office with a different Endo Dr. and it was a horrible experience, so when I was told that I needed another root canal, I expected to feel pain and for it to be a long appointment but Dr. Agrawal and her team made everything very smooth with less than an hour and I didn’t feel any pain during my treatment! Thank Dr. Agrawal, truly appreciate it! 🫶🏽
